**Cost: The cost is $420 per team member. This fee will help to cover the cost for team expenses, which includes but not limited to, team apparel, bags for new members and tournament fees, drinks and snacks. Click HERE in order to pay your player fees. Player fees need to be paid by March 1, 2021.
**Sponsorships: Par, Birdie, and Eagle level team sponsorships are available. Businesses or individuals interested in sponsoring the golf team may do so directly using the sponsorship form attached below.

***Transportation: Parents, we need your signature on the appropriate transportation forms. There is a blanket transportation form produced by the county. Every player has to have this form on file in order to travel to play golf at any time this year. Also, the coaches need to know if your player has permission to drive and/or ride to golf. The driver permission form is for those drivers who give rides to others. The rider permission form is for those who get a ride with others. If they sometimes drive and sometimes ride, we will need both forms. Turn these forms into one of the coaches ASAP.
